Easily over 200 employees and the event was Dec 23 from 1130 to 200 while they were at work before they shut down for the Holiday.
If they didn't hire a DJ they would just play music thru their P.A. system. I played nothing but Christmas Music except when the music was used for my games. No Alcohol at the event so no worries about employees misbehaving.
I agree with your comment about many companies cutting back and that is why I feel so grateful for my repeat customers that do the Holiday Party regardless of what the economy is doing or are in Business that are not hurt to bad by the economy. That's why it was really important that I knock this one out of the park because of the day they hold their event on, Pay was 650 for 2 1/2 hours and it is a company that I think is large enough to continue to do a Holiday event for their employees. They gave away quite a few good prizes and had a very nice catered meal for their employees.
I have not heard from them other then the email that was waiting for me when I opened my email box, but I don't expect to hear from them until later this year.
All the Ice Breakers and games worked but that's iust because I took some precautions to make them work. I'm glad the people that hired me took what I said to heart and I had the necessary information to make sure I wasn't embarrassed when I went to do my games.
