Lighting Recommendations?

Just curious if anyone has any recommendations regarding lighting.

Right now I think this is the weakest part of my setup and I'm not sure what I should do to improve it.

I'm using 4 x Par38 cans with controller, 1 x strobe, 1 x AMDJ Mace, 1 x Raptor

It does produce some great results, but I am sure there are much better.

For Wedding Receptions I primarily use Sun Ray 3 and Star Balls by American DJ and a Chauvet Scorpion. I like the flexibility these lights give me without having to utilize a T Bar for the lights.

Cesar, do you ever get asked to turn off your lights?

I found that the last few gigs - people wanted to use candles on the tables, no lighting from the DJ.

I don't turn on my lights till I hit the party time. I did have one Bride ask me one time to turn off the lights but one out of over 2000 events is nothing more then a oddity.
